OPERATION OPTIMISM!

The world won't end when things don't go on your way! We knew that college has its big diferrence with our highschool. Prelims, midterms, finals, projects, homeworks, reports...these make you too occupied that sometimes become factors of stress in your life. But remember, there is always a positive side to any situations, and it's up to you to see that.

Here are a quick and easy guide from me to get those GOOD VIBES!

1. Magnify Happiness. Have you ever had experienced when everything seemed to fall into place and
absolutely nothing went wrong? Chances are, something did go wrong, but you just didn't mind it! Being
positive allows you to focus on what makes you happy rather than obsessing over what doesn't go according to plan.

2. Be spontaneous. Sure, mapping out of your life and knowing what you want will help you be happier with yourself. But it is also important to take time off to do things that aren't part of the Big Plan.

3. See the funny sides of things. Spend time watching comedy shows or reading humorous books. Feel free to LOL because laughter releases the body's feel-good chemicals called endorphins.

4. Forget the past. It's hard to be content when there is a big weight on your back and the past is one of the heaviest burdens a person can bear. So let go of regrets and frustrations!

5. Believe that you deserve to be happy. A lot of people are depressed because they don't think they ought to be happy. They count their sins instead of thei blessings. Don't be on of those people. Everyone deserve to be happy. Instead of thinking over your failures, learn to take happiness!
